Judge Judy

She may have been one of the first judges to have her own branded television show, but the only thing that might qualify Judge Judy for a star on the Walk of Fame is that she's probably the rudest and most abrasive of the lot. Judith Sheindlein began practicing law in 1965 and retired in 1996 to start a show. So yes, a retired judge is still "adjudicating" and getting recognized in Hollywood for being a "star." Go figure.
