Darjeeling Tea (India)

Eighty-seven 100-year-old gardens in India's West Bengal region produce the world's supply of this tea, long coveted for its floral aroma and musky spiciness. It can take six to eight years for the Darjeeling plant to mature, but it's worth the wait: the hearty shrub can produce tea leaves for more than a century.
