This Samsung smartphone, the latest in a line of would-be iPhone killers, has a slide-out keyboard and, according to EWG, one of the lowest radiation-absorption rates.
One reason why San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom and other advocates are pushing to get health warnings on cell phones is because brain cancers can take several decades to develop, so if there turns out to be an increased risk due to cell-phone use, it might be many years before a measurable bump in cancer rates would show up.
