Clark, Texas, had been a town for only five years before it became DISH uppercase and all in 2005, trading its name for a decade of free satellite TV from the DISH Network. Not all 125 residents were happy with the arrangement, particularly L.E. Clark, the town’s founder and former mayor. "I don't especially like it," the Associated Press quoted him as saying. Clark, who had recently been defeated in the mayoral election, added, "I worked my butt off a little over a year getting it incorporated."
