He's one of Hollywood's biggest names — and pretty soon he may fork over its biggest divorce settlement. In April, Robyn Gibson filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences following a 20-month separation. Although Mel met Robyn, a dental nurse, after he had cashed in on Mad Max, he didn't sign a prenup. That means Robyn could walk away with half of his estimated $1 billion fortune. In May, the Passion of the Christ director and staunch Catholic suggested that his ex might have an upper hand in the proceedings. "I did a pretty good hatchet job on my marriage myself," he told Jay Leno on The Tonight Show. "I'm to blame. If you're inclined to judge, put it here." He also confirmed that his Russian girlfriend, whom he began seeing after he and his wife separated, was pregnant with his eighth child at nearly 40 years old. Broadcasting her age may not have been wise. Gibson acknowledged, "Now I am going to have two women mad at me."
