"Two Weeks" opens with what sounds like a child banging on an old piano in a fruitless search for a tune. Then all four members of Grizzly Bear sing, "Oh-wa-oh-wa-oooooooo," pulling a melody out of the chaos and launching it into the stratosphere. On atmospherics alone, it's a beautiful song, but lead singer Ed Droste also dishes out some fine breakup lyrics ("Would you always, maybe sometimes/ Make it easy"), making it just as impressive emotionally.
