Federal Health Police
No one wants a pointy-headed 23-year-old following them into their doctor's office with a clipboard that reads "Federal Health Police." But that's exactly the dark future predicted by Conservatives For Patient's Rights in one of the many ads they have been running against health-care reform. The group, which has promised to spend about $20 million fighting President Obama's effort, is led by Richard Scott, the former head of Columbia/HCA, a private hospital and health-care provider.
