Each year over Labor Day weekend, the Soldier Hollow Classic Sheepdog Championship and Country Festival draws dogs that are smarter than some Presidents we've had. Border collies and other canines from all over the world come to compete in various competitions, including sheep- and duck-herding, as well as dock-diving, in which dogs compete for distance by leaping off a dock into a pool. Impressive, yes, but can anyone train them to pick stocks? Tickets: $16
