Cost-Cutting Measures
Most people who think of fashion week think of New York and Paris and Milan, the capitals of haute couture, but never underestimate Charleston, South Carolina. Still, what New York can do, Charleston can only imitate and this video is a case in point. A runway with a paper center? Holy poor designer, Batman.
