"15 Step," Radiohead
Introduced by Gwyneth Paltrow — wife of the lead singer of the band they're always slagging — Radiohead pulled a page from Fleetwood Mac's "Tusk" and grabbed the USC marching band to recreate the polyrhythmic sound of "15 Step." While they were in L.A., Thom Yorke also appears to have stopped off for some hair gel. It's unclear if anyone from Radiohead besides Yorke and guitarist Jonny Greenwood are actually onstage, but it's nice to see college kids with musical talent getting a chance to make noise with their heroes.
