Monster.com, "NFL Director of Fandemonium"

The career website's spot eschews touting its job-finding skills in favor of a promotional contest in which the winner becomes the NFL's "director of fandemonium." Not a bad promo — for the NFL. As for Monster.com, well, I guess in the absence of actual jobs to offer, you gotta do what you gotta do.
