Cars.com, "Lifetime of Confidence"

It's the curious case of David Abernathy. Cars.com's fictional protagonist is so confident, he shook his doctor's hand at birth and performed open-heart surgery with a ballpoint pen. But only Cars.com could give him the confidence to buy a car! The ad neatly uses the fact that while Americans love cars, they hate buying them.
