Just Relax

Some bloggers called Bush the "Groper in Chief" after cameras caught him giving German Chancellor Angela Merkel an apparently unwelcome neck massage at the July 2006 G-8 Summit. It's not clear from the footage if Merkel was creeped out or merely just tickled, but the sight of one world leader giving another a rubdown was enough to make it an instant YouTube sensation.
