The Deal
A scuzzy producer (William H. Macy, who co-wrote the script with director Steven Schachter) has a brainstorm to do a biopic of Disraeli with a rap star (LL Cool J) recently coverted to Judaism. This Hollywood farce is funny, smart and so blithely nasty it must be true.
