Campaign Manager Rick Davis

Got the pirate ship back on track after McCain was almost forced from the race and kept it moving forward even in the worst of times. But his own lobbying ties and failure to get his arms around the more sprawling aspects of his boss's "management style" made him a bit of a liability at times.
