Conan vs. Stewart vs. Colbert Smackdown

The feud started on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien when the gangly Irish host assumed credit for the surprising popularity of Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who was fast-becoming a media darling. Cue Comedy Central's Stephen Colbert, who along with The Daily Show's Jon Stewart, staked his own claim for Huckabee's success. Who wants to see a trio of awkward, besuited, not-particularly-intimidating TV show hosts throw down? We do! Over the course of the next month, in various cameos across their respective shows, O'Brien, Stewart and Colbert engaged in schoolyard taunts and Sharks vs. Jets dance-fights, culminating in this melee backstage at Late Night on Feb. 5. In a howlingly funny fake fight scene, the hosts beat each other up with baseball bats, throw each other down flights of stairs or through conveniently placed piles of boxes and land badly choreographed slow-motion punches, Rocky-style.
