Despite his obsession with #winning, Charlie Sheen seems to face a different fate in the courtroom. In April he was denied an application for full custody of his and third wife Brooke Mueller's twin sons because he bragged about substance abuse. Smarting from that loss, Sheen set his sights on changing the child-custody arrangements with his second spouse, Denise Richards whom he divorced in 2006 and with whom he had two children. Just after Mother's Day, Sheen attempted to set up an agreement that would allow him to have their daughters on weekends. The initial effort proved unsuccessful, and it's unclear whether that battle will progress to court.
