King Constantine of Greece arrives in Rome after failing to overthrow the strong-armed military junta ruling his native land. Unable to seize a radio station powerful enough to broadcast his intentions, Constantine's call goes out over a weaker station, and few Greeks hear it. Tipped off, the junta reacted swiftly, and the King flees his country.
