We've all dreamed of doing it teeing off at the person at work who really makes us angry. JetBlue flight attendant Steve Slater did just that and quickly became a folk hero. On the tail end of JetBlue Flight 1052's journey from Pittsburgh to New York City's JFK Airport, Slater allegedly got into an argument with a passenger. Slater claims the passenger hit him in the head with the overhead bin and that he just snapped. Passengers later told police that Slater said over the public-address system, "To the passenger who just called me a motherf_____, F____ you! I've had it!" He then reportedly grabbed two beers from the galley, opened the emergency door, flung himself down the inflatable slide and took off across the tarmac. Police later arrested him in his home in Queens. One neighbor who witnessed his arrest was quoted as saying, "Mr. Slater had a smile on his face when the cops brought him out, like, 'Yeah, big deal.'" Which is probably the best way that story could have ended.
