Following in her mother's footsteps, Bristol signs a contract with Single Source Speakers, where she'll command between $15,000 and $30,000 per appearance. One year earlier, Bristol had been appointed ambassador for the Candies Foundation, which promotes abstinence to prevent teen pregnancies. On July 5, she'll make her acting debut on The Secret Life of an American Teenager, a TV show on ABC Family, in which she plays a fictional teen mother.
