The former governor speaks at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference (SRLC), where she mocks the "Obama doctrine" on foreign policy: "Now the President, with all the vast nuclear experience that he acquired as a community organizer and a part-time Senator and as a full-time candidate all that experience, still no accomplishment to date with North Korea and Iran." GOP pundits applaud her remarks, but it's Ron Paul and Mitt Romney who tie for the SRLC straw-poll win.
