Palin starts her book tour in Grand Rapids, Mich., where she arrives in a campaign-style coach bus plastered with her image and the slogan, "Going Rogue with Sarah!" Two thousand enthusiastic supporters greet Palin outside the Barnes & Noble bookstore in Woodland Mall. The former governor tells them she couldn't wait to return since campaigning there in 2008 and that the state has a lot in common with her native Alaska: hunting, fishing and hockey moms.
