"It would be absurd to not consider what it is that I can potentially do to help our country." Feb. 7, 2010
Will she or won't she? The endless speculation as to Palin's 2012 plans began circulating pretty much the moment she arrived on the national stage in August 2008. Still, Palin mostly refused to acknowledge any plans to run for President and even seemed to be turning away from politics when she resigned as Alaska governor in July 2009. But fresh after a hit speech at the National Tea Party Convention one in which her supporters' cried out "Run Sarah, Run" Palin finally responded in an interview on Fox News Sunday, adding she'd only consider running, "if I believe that that is the right thing to do for our country and for the Palin family." The speculation continues.
