For most of Hollywood's history, "makeup" meant assuring that good-looking people appeared beautiful in the camera's eye. But it's now mainly the art of turning a human into a plausible, say, human-Vulcan. Star Trek, as the only film on the list that fits that description, will win. Il Divo also uses prosthetic effects but more subtly, and few Academy members saw the movie. And if you wonder why The Young Victoria made the list, it's because hair stylists also vote in this category; both of its makeup artists nominated are coiffeurs (or coiffeuses).
