Bush's address on the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. As Bush spoke about the city's progress, viewers also heard Phillips gossiping about relationships and men: "Brothers have to be protective. Except for mine. I've got to be protective of him ... his wife is just a control freak." CNN issued an apology to the White House.
