At 46,000 sq. ft. (4,300 sq m), Gucci's sprawling new Trump Tower emporium on Fifth Avenue is the largest of the brand's boutiques. Designed by creative director Frida Giannini, the three-story space features classic Gucci materials such as dark rosewood, marble, polished gold and smoked glasslending an Art Deco look to the details. But the real tour de force is the use of natural light, enhanced by an all-glass exterior designed by architect James Carpenter, and the soaring staircase that spans the entire space. The store also features Gucci's first Heritage room, an area dedicated to a series of limited-edition accessories showcasing the brand's rich history of leather goods and craftsmanship.
