If this song had not existed, American Idol would have had to invent it. The slow build leading to those BIG BIG NOTES in the chorus make for the kind of showboaty drama-rama that Idol voters love to reward. I give her credit for reining in the first couple lines of the chorus, but then she goes all in for the big Celine-a-maniac diva moments. It's fine enough if unmemorable, but she probably delivers enough requisite decibels to stick around another week.
