New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson
Too rehearsed at times, but overall just fine. Still trying to distinguish himself as the only governor in the race, but he has trouble pulling it off in the short-answer format. Less goofy than in past debates, and made some solid points about policy and his record, but still far from settling into a winning groove.
