Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd
Made a visible effort to upgrade his style from boring, ponderous Senator to fired up, passionate Senator (sometimes with manic results). He was one of the many who took a shot at Obama for his comment about Pakistan, but Obama successfully pushed back over Dodd's Iraq War vote. Overall, however, excessively heavy on the me-tooism for a guy who has to find a way to stand out.
