—Clinton, recalling her 1996 trip to Tuzla, Bosnia in a Washington, D.C. speech while seeking to bolster her national security credentials. A few days later the media found her account was exaggerated -- news footage showed her and Chelsea greeting U.S. troops on the tarmac, and an 8-year-old Bosnia girl reading the first lady a poem. A week later Clinton acknowledged she "misspoke," calling it a "minor blip."
