Barbara Streisand can add a top-shelf French honor to her eight Grammys. After performing her first ever concert in France, Streisand was given the Legion of Honor, France's highest civilian recognition, by freshly elected President Nicolas Sarkozy. "You are the America that we love," Sarkozy said. Streisand joins other U.S. recipients like Ronald Reagan, Neil Armstrong, Robert De Niro and, of course, Jerry Lewis.
