Iranian soldiers and a veiled female relative carry the coffin of Morteza Isakhani, who was killed during the Iran-Iraq war (1980-88), during a funeral ceremony in Tehran. Iraq and Iran on Sunday exchanged the remains of 1,736 POW soldiers who were captured during the war and died in captivity. In a step toward normalizing relations between the two neighbors, Iraq handed over the remains of 570 Iranian troops and Iran delivered the bodies of 1,166 Iraqi soldiers
