Carnival of Fire
People dance around need-fires along a main road during the Liangshan Yi Ethnic Minority Torch Festival in Xichang of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, southwest China. The festival, held to worship the god of fire, starts on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month, and includes beauty contests, bull fighting, ram fighting, horse racing, rooster fighting, wrestling, singing and dancing
