Four would-be immigrants wait for their turn to be questioned at the Arona courthouse on the Canary Island of Tenerife, Spain. Nearly 1,000 Africans were caught trying to reach Spain's Canary Islands from Tuesday through Wednesday, adding to the tide of more than 22,000 caught so far this year.
