Music to Their Ears
Fans enjoy the tunes during the Bruce Springsteen concert at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. It was the first time the event has been held since Hurricane Katrina, and Springsteen used the occasion to criticize what he called the "criminal ineptitude" of the government's response to the disaster.
