A member of a team of Dutch veterinarians looks for flu-contaminated chickens on a farm after an outbreak of bird flu in the Deurne area. The farm's 90,000 hens were gassed as a precautionary measure because the farm is located within two miles of another contaminated farm in the northern part of Limburg. The virus killed a Dutch veterinarian last week, but the government has now confirmed that it has not mutated into a SARS-like killer disease
