After traveling through Mongolia in 2008 by car, photographer Chiara Goia was so captivated by its breathtaking beauty that she persuaded her father and sister to return there in 2011, to tour the country on horseback. The horse-mounted journey lasted ten days, passing through the steppe and reaching Bogd Khan Mountain and National Park. These photos are drawn from the two trips.
