Lady Gabriella made the right choice with a shorter dress, but she needs a tailor badly. It's too long, the hem is a mess and the dress does not lie well on her thighs. She would have looked sexier and thinner if she hadn't completely swathed her collarbones and decolletage in fabric. She's too young and pretty to be covered this much. We need to see some skin.
