"Victory" Rally
On March 6, Libyans in Tripoli turned out to celebrate the announcement that forces loyal to Gaddafi had recaptured key towns in the country. Though the claim of a victory was largely unfounded, it did not prevent residents of the capital from coming out in support of the Libyan leader.
