We don't think the telemarketed, wearable blanket was for sale in 2004, when Gaddafi took a stroll with his then Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdurrahman Mohamed Shalgham. But this outfit did make Gaddafi appear to be a fashion-forward-looking leader.
