John Goci, 39, is the owner, along with his father and brother, of U.S. 12, a bar and grill near the Ford Plant in Wayne, Michigan. "It's a working class neighborhood," says Goci, "lots of people who live here are working families and my family has been here for about thirty years, since we immigrated to the U.S. from Kosovo in 1979."
