For Moss, the challenges come day to day. "You have to know your triggers," she says. "You have to have a good support system, not just medication and going to church and talking to chaplains which help, all of those things help but knowing what makes you upset so you don't have those nightmares and night sweats. I notice that when my stress level is high, then those things really come upon me, so I constantly keep in shape, you know, how I feel. And if something's bothering me, I let you know it instead of holding it in."
