Glee's Broadway Roots

At the age of 8, Michele made her Broadway debut as the replacement for Young Cosette in the original New York production of Les Misérables. She would continue to perform on Broadway throughout her childhood, eventually starring as Wendla Bergman in the original cast of the musical Spring Awakening.
