The Hollies, Then
Although they never enjoyed the acclaim in America that they found in England, the Hollies were one of the most admired and commercially successful pop-rock acts of the British Invasion. Known for their distinctive three-part harmonies and squeaky-clean, cheerful mood, they had hits with such songs as "Here I Go Again," "Look Through Any Window" and "Bus Stop." The group's lineup in 1965 was, from left, Graham Nash, Eric Haydock, Bobby Elliott, Tony Hicks and Allan Clarke.
