What the Folk
This year's original dance was folk and country music themed, compelling all teams to present routines influenced by a folk tradition. While Russia's Oksana Domnina and Maxim Shabalin's Aboriginal dance caused quite a bit of political uproar, their scores were solid and the two skated into third place.
