Edgar Miller and the Handmade Home
Alexander Vertikoff
Bathroom
Miller was very pleased with the tile work in the first-floor bathroom of the Glasner studio, which is generally regarded as his greatest work overall. Built as a "party house" for the industrialist Rudolph Glasner, the unit incorporates many design motifs, from Art Deco to English Tudor, all of them linked by common themes and the single hand that created them.
