There was plenty to celebrate in 1992, when Barcelona hosted the first Olympic Games in two decades that nobody boycotted. Kicking off the opening ceremonies in spectacular style, Paralympic archer Antonio Rebollo arced a flaming arrow over the crowd, setting the torch ablaze from afar.
