"Efficient sports car" may seem an oxymoron, but the revamped BMW Z4 comes with a 335-hp engine that gets 26.1 m.p.g., and its CO2 emissions are low enough to meet tough European standards. BMW designers have updated the classic roadster's exterior appearance and added new high-tech LEDs. It will go on sale in the U.S. this spring.
