Pakistani fashion designers are working to arrive on the international scene (this year they showed in Milan for the first time). The first prize in Karachi is a free slot at Miami Fashion Week. The judge, however, Miami-based Beth Sobol, was forced to choose the winner via the Internet, as the event's organizers were worried about providing her with proper security.
