Genesis
Founded in the 1960s, Genesis evolved from a simple pop group into one of rock's premier progressive-rock bands, performing complex songs in concerts with elaborate costumes and stage designs. The band's personnel changed frequently during its long history. When this photo was taken in 1974, the group included its two most famous members, Phil Collins, far left, and Peter Gabriel, far right.
